We carry all sorts of packing materials including heavy duty boxes, wardrobe boxes (these help clothes keep their shape) bubblewrap, tape guns, packaging materials, plastic covers, gloves and many more items. No problem; our slogan is flexible space. Many times your space needs will change or you may over/underestimate your space requirements. We will simply move you to a different unit (assuming the one you need is available of course) and charge you more if it’s larger or return the difference if it’s smaller.

You can store just about anything except items that are highly flammable (in excess of 55ºC), dangerous, illegal, perishable, alive or precious. Your contract will state those things that you can and can’t store in self storage Valencia in Spain.

You can access your unit storage in Valencia, Spain from 6 a.m. to midnight 7 days a week, 365 days per year. For safety reasons we only allow access to our units after midnight by special appointment only at a nominal charge per month. Our quote includes the use of the storage room, a 250€/m² multirisk insurance policy, utility charges (if applicable), maintenance costs and free use of our trolleys and pallet lifters. There is no property tax (IBI) to pay. You will require a cylinder lock to secure your room. A refundable security deposit approximately equal to one months payment less IVA (VAT) must be paid in addition to the first months rent when you rent the room. Your deposit will be returned to you once you have vacated the room.

Our units come with wide doors that are at least 990mm wide up to 1.98m wide. Consider that a typical apartment has a door opening less than 700mm wide.

Our modern facility is equipped with the latest security devices. We make our security system highly visible to dissuade potential intruders. Among the security features are: A computerized gate entry system, monitored building alarm system, all storage units have their own programmable alarm activated by your own PIN code, perimeter fencing throughout the facility, monitored exterior CCTV cameras and interior hallway cameras activated by motion sensors. Only you will have access to your storage room or anyone you give your key and PIN code to. We will not have access to your unit unless by special arrangement where we hold the key for you. We will take delivery for the quantity of goods received but not for their contents as we will not open packages. A fee will apply for this service.

Included in our price is a multi risk insurance policy that covers 250€ per m² of space rented. If you feel that this amount is insufficient, we can insure your goods for more at a nominal expense. You can drive right up to our building, enter your PIN code (this deactivates your alarm) and go straight to your unit either through the building or drive up to your exterior access unit.

You can unload yourself or you can have a moving company move things for you. We provide wide loading areas within our facility and make trolleys and pallet lifters available to you (free of charge) so that you can quickly transport your belongings to your storage room.

Of course these are always options assuming your friends have the space. There are always a few drawbacks to consider such as: How long wills your friend let you keep these items there? Are your items safe and dry at their place? What happens if damage occurs to your possessions whilst in their care? Can you access your things at your convenience?

You can store a minimum of 2 weeks and as long as you need. There is no time limit. Before you leave, all we ask is that you provide us with one week written notice prior to vacating your storage in Valencia, Spain.

Drive up units are exterior access units where you don’t have to enter the building to get to your storage room. These drive up units are ideal for small contractors and businesses that need to access their units often and quickly.

You sign a contract for self storage in Valencia, Spain that automatically renews monthly once the next months payment has been received. When you contract the space we ask for a one month deposit less IVA (VAT). Once you decide to vacate your space, the departure receipt has been signed, and your unit has been left clean, we will refund your deposit via bank deposit.
